1. Service after the sale
Isn't it nice to walk into the dealership a couple of months after buying your vehicle and the salesperson greeting you by name? For that matter, isn't it nice to walk in and see your salesperson is still working there?
2. Reliability
The Arena family has been doing business at the same location since 1920. Our name is our reputation.
3. No high pressure sales tactics
Our newest employee has been with us for over three years and he has been in the car business for over 25 years. Most of Arena's employees have worked at Arena for ten or twenty years. We know how to treat you right. If we were to use high pressure tactics, you would not be coming back a second, third or fourth time. We have many customers that are the grandchildren of some of our oldest customers. We must be doing something correct!
4. Excellent service department
Around town, Arena is known for having a very good service department. Many times an Arena customer will be talking to a friend, relative or neighbor who is relating a service nightmare story from a different dealership, and the Arena customer simply says, "Take the car to Arena!". When we fix the car, we gain another customer.
5. No deceiving window stickers
Arena does not add the little addendum sticker to the manufacturer's window sticker. Arena does not mark up the list price by $1995.00 and call it an "environmental package". Also Arena will not try and sell you a $495.00 paint sealant package. We don't need to. Every car is washed and waxed before you pick it up, because that is the way it should be done. And why should you pay for something that should be done? |
